Manual odds entry

Use this for any bookmaker without an authorised feed. The bookmaker name is recorded exactly as you enter it — a price is never relabelled as coming from a different bookmaker.

Two sources that relay the same upstream provider are not independent confirmations. Where a price is relayed (1xBet through The Odds API, for example), the relay is named explicitly.
